Bayside Historical Society is turning 60, and we're celebrating in a big way with some big band music!

The newly renovated floors of The Castle's beautiful ballroom are setting the stage for an epic anniversary celebration. Organizer/MC Paul Capo (of Vintage Dance: Accentuate the Positive) will get the party started with a Swing Dance Lesson by dance instructors Kathleen Crayne and TJ Savino, to be followed by dancing the night away to live music from the Steven Paul Band.

Doors will open at 6:45, and then the evening's schedule will be:

• 7:00 — Dance lesson with Kathleen Crayne and TJ Savino
• 7:45 — Passed hors d'oeuvres
• 8:00 — Dancing with pointers from Paul Capo and dance instructors
• 8:45 — Passed desserts [band break]
• 9:00 — Showing off your new dance moves! Paul Capo, Kathleen Crayne, and TJ Savino will remain on the dance floor with everyone until the end of the evening.

We encourage everyone to get into the "swing" of it and wear your favorite dance outfit!
