A Letter from Boy Scout Troop 49 in Bayside
Dear Bayside Historical Society Members,
My name is Yann Kermarrec and I am from Boy Scout Troop 49 in Bayside. I have been closely working with several members of the Bayside Historical Society for my Eagle Scout project to help beautify and conserve the Lawrence Family Cemetery. For those who are able to, I am asking for donations in plants, specifically hostas, daylily, iris, shasta daisy, lambs ears, astilbe, coneflower, ferns, black eye Susan, etc. When you are splitting your perennials please drop some off at the Bayside Historical Society.
I have set up a GoFundMe to help process the monetary donations.
Any plant donations should be dropped off at the Society building at Fort Totten between May 1-5. If you can donate anything please let me know by replying to my email as well as info@baysidehistorical.org. You will receive directions as to where to leave the plants.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
Yann Kermarrec
