Fee Schedule for Rental Space at the Castle

Entire Building $3,000.00
Including the surrounding lawns

First Floor $1,200.00
Dining Room, Lounge, Boardroom
Use of Kitchen
50-60 Guests Maximum
Separate fees for
Dining Room only $500.00
Board Room only $300.00


Second Floor $2,000.00
Ballroom, Library
Use of Kitchen
150 Guests Maximum

Usage Fees: Cleaning, trash removal, and staff fees additional.

* All spaces include use of the first floor coat room.
* BHS tables and chairs are available.
* Caterer is responsible for set up, breakdown, trash removal, linens, dishes, glassware etc.
* Donation and Fees are tax deductible.
* Ask about reduced costs for non-catered meetings held during regular business hours.
* BHS members receive a 10% discount on the tax-deductible portion of rental fees.
* Overtime is $125 for each additional hour.
